It often happens to be in Naples passing through for just one day, even if quickly, it is always a pleasure to take a tour of the City, even just to admire the ancient buildings or eat a pizza on the Lungomare of Mergellina. 

Walk the City

During your visit to Naples you can not miss your coffee in Piazza Trieste and Trento at the bar Gambrinus and then see Piazza del Plebiscito. You can admire the Royal Palace and the Church of San Francesco di Paola, both worth a visit. Continuing the walk you can admire the Teatro S. Carlo, one of the main theatres in the world, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Not far away is the famous Maschio Angioino, one of the castles symbol of the Neapolitan City. Continuing on, it is worth taking a walk along the suggestive Lungomare di Mergellina, from where you can admire Vesuvius and Castel dell’Ovo.

Naples is an important pole of attraction for all lovers of street art. Walking through the alleys, in fact, you can see the famous San Gennaro di Jorit a Forcella, the works of Roxy in the box at the Spanish Quarters, and the Madonna with the gun of the English artist Bansky, the most famous exponent of Street Art worldwide.

Explore the historic centre towards Duomo di Napoli, one of the most imposing Churches in Campania. This evening you can choose from several events:

In Piazza del Plebiscito you go hunting for shooting stars accompanied by the free concert of mandolins for the Night of San Lorenzo 2018.

At Bagno Sirena in Posillipo there will be an evening with barbecues, drinks and kayaks, the best way to admire the spectacle of the starry sky of Naples.
