Health and safety are our top priorities: we are taking the utmost precautions in our hotel, applying the recommendations of the World Health Organization.
Advanced cleaning and hygiene measures have been put in place throughout our hotel to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Upon your arrival at the hotel and in the congress areas you will find:
Reception Office staff ready to welcome you and to detect the temperature with attached self-certification.
Trainined staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols and provided with the necessary personal protective equipment.
Hand disinfectants placed in the various areas of the hotel
Constant cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of the structure, rooms, common areas and halls.
Rigorous sanitization and cleaning of all possible contact points (door handles, lifts, reception counters, common bathrooms etc …), which are disinfected several times a day.
Our new HOTEL Services
Simplification of online check-in and check-out procedures.
Upon confirmation of booking, our Guests will be asked to send us their identity document and credit card withdrawal authorization via email, for safe and fast payment, which will be made only upon arrival at the Hotel. Invoices and post-stay receipts will be sent to the Guest and / or the booked agency by email to the sender.
Check In from 07:00 to 18:00 intended as receipt of reservations and required documentation and withdrawal from the credit card for the registration of the Guest.
Check Out from 07:30 to 10:00
Breakfast, included in the stay rate, will be served comfortably in your room from 7:00 to 9:00.
The breakfast menu offers: Fruit juices (Orange, Pineapple), hot drink (Cappuccino, Coffee, Tea, Barley), Yogurt, Croissants, Rusks, Jams. Products for celiac disease on request. Just request the “Gluten Free” breakfast before arrival. No supplement.
The Minibar supplied in the rooms, included in the rate of stay, is available to guests with the following supplies: Natural and sparkling mineral water, Coca cola, Soft drinks, Fruit juice, Peanuts / Snacks / Biscuits. (Alcoholic drinks on request).
The BAR service of the Hotel, for further needs, is in operation from 7:00 to 18:00.
Our new meeting services
In compliance with the new security and social distancing measures, we have also adopted important measures for the meeting Offer
The conference rooms and common areas are ventilated, disinfected and sanitized after each event.
The hotel toilets are sanitized in line with the recommended sanitary protocols, products and frequency.
Sanitizing gel dispensers available in each main entrance / exit of the meeting rooms and bathrooms.
There are indicative signs in all the common areas of the meeting center to remind you of the need to keep safe distances.
The furnishings have been repositioned to facilitate the social distancing of guests and participants in the Events
Online services for check-in, check-out, payment and billing, limiting interaction with staff.
The Catering service accompanying the Events will be organized and budgeted as needed, on request.
Services on request for a fee
The internal catering service, for half board and full board treatments, is temporarily suspended but we guarantee assistance to our guests by providing lunch and dinner service in agreement with selected restaurants and pizzerias. Takeaway service with delivery to the hotel, by reservation.

Transfer cost € 15.00 each way to the airport and to the Piazza Garibaldi Central Railway Station
Garage at 10 meters for the day and night parking of your car. Convention rate € 15.00 (day and night)
We also indicate the BUS N. 601 ANM from Piazza Garibaldi to Via Stadera and vice versa. Bus stop in front of the hotel.
